1.Order Processing and Shipping:

1.All orders received on non-working days will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

2.For your convenience, you can select your preferred day and time for the arrival of our delivery riders.

3.Depending on the distance, please allow 4 to 5 working days for your order to be delivered. Please note that Sunday and national holidays may exempt delivery timelines to maintain work-life balance.

4.All orders are trackable from our valued shipment partners backed with dedicated shipment number.

5.During busy shopping seasons or mega sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

2.International Shipping:

1.For all international orders and shipments, consumers are responsible for paying the cost of shipment via DHL, including taxes as per local laws.

3.Failed Delivery Attempts:

1.If you're unable to receive your order , cancel  at the time of delivery for any reason to rider, a partial advance payment will be required for your next order during the same fiscal year.

4.Delivery Address:

1.We deliver to the home or office address provided by you during the order placement process.

2.Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

3.All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

4.Our delivery team will make at least two attempts to deliver your order to the specified address.

5.We accepts payments via Digital Channel & Cash on Delivery including channels like

1.Jazz cash

2.Easy paisa

3.Debit card , Credit card from Master cards / Visa cards & Union pay.

4.International payments can be made via paypal & Payoneer  too

7.Refund Policy:

1.Should you need to refund your entire order in accordance with our exchange & return policy, please be aware that a deduction of Rs. 200 will be applied to the refund amount.
